I finally figured out how to make the best version of Smashburger Chili! Make sure you save this recipe for later on the @ReciMe | Save recipes ! Ingredients: • 1lb ground beef , formed into 6 equal size balls • burger seasoning of choice • 6 slices of American cheese • 1 yellow onion, diced • 1 orange bell pepper, diced • 2-3 jalapeños, diced • 1/4 cup low sugar ketchup • 2-3 tbsp yellow mustard • 1/3 cup shredded dill pickles • 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 can of Fire Roasted tomatoes • 1 can of chili beans with sauce • 3/4 cup beef stock • burger sauce & green onions for garnish 1. Start by cooking up 6 small but thick Smashburger Patties using your favorite burger seasoning and American cheese. Set them aside and reduce the heat to medium. 2. Add the onions, bell pepper, and jalapeños to the pan and saute for 4-5 mins. Once they soften and have a little color, add the ketchup, mustard, pickles, Worcestershire, tomatoes, beans, and beef stock and stir everything together. 3. Reduce the mixture to a simmer and partially cover it with a lid. Let this simmer and thicken for 25-30 mins. Stir it every few mins during this time. 4. Once the chili has thickened up you can remove it from the heat and enjoy! It’s even better the next day, trust me! #Smashburger #chili #cheeseburger #burger #recime
