I have been actively seeking expedited review of my immigration petition and have submitted substantial evidence demonstrating that our marriage is bona fide and ongoing.
My spouse resides in Mexico while I reside in the United States, yet despite the distance, we make every effort to maintain our marriage in person as frequently as possible. We generally see one another approximately every six weeks or less and have taken more than a dozen trips together. I have extensive documentation of our travel, time spent together, communications, photographs, financial commitments, and other evidence establishing the genuine and continuing nature of our marital relationship.
The volume and consistency of this evidence clearly demonstrate that our marriage is legitimate and was entered into in good faith, rather than for immigration purposes. I respectfully request that USCIS consider the complete circumstances of our case and the extensive supporting documentation already provided when reviewing my request for expedited processing.
I have a substantial personal interest in having this matter reviewed as promptly as possible so that my spouse and I may move forward with establishing our married life together in the United States without the prolonged hardship of continuing to live in separate countries.

Current admin. Requires a face to face interview. The past admin. If you provided enough info(sufficient) and proof. You could possibly not have an interview. I had an interview with my wife. The guy went straight away to talking about the green card process. I asked why the interview if we were already talking green card. He stated, and it’s written by the gov. Required face to face interview.

What if you find out that the partner you thought was in, was really not . Does this make the marriage not bonafide?
and if this is too late, what can the one used do?
-the intention of the marriage was not( 1 partner lied)
-The motive was only to use the other person for gain.
- remember the lie under oath
-What now?

It’s no big deal, it's just a simple question. It's stuff you both should know, like how long you've been together or where you met. They won’t ask anything intimate, so don't listen to anyone else. Just remember to answer only what they ask; don't overshare.
