We begin with a Fire Ceremony (Hawan), followed by Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation, Sound & Gong Healing, and Omkar & Mantra Chanting, guided by our main teacher Ramesh Dulal. 🌿 Close the evening together After the practice, we’ll gather at Hotel Shambaling for a Satvik dinner, with your choice of a rice or roti thali. 🎁 A gift to carry your practice home Every participant will receive a specially curated Meditation Gift Box.
