He did not have a runny chainsaw. When the last two shots were fired you can see the individual clearly and he has no chainsaw in his hand, you don’t see one drop, and you don’t see one getting kicked away, or anywhere. Yes, when he had the saw in his hand, he was a threat, but if it’s not. he’s unarmed and is meet with lethal force, I guess it’s better to have a chainsaw we can’t or hear. Also have cops kick it away so fast the camera didn’t even see it, or was still invisible and kicked away surprising strength, and accuracy.
