Yes, he would take AGES to tell the most basic stories because he would need to take so many pauses to figure out what to say next. Sometimes he would just sit there staring at me, mouth open trying to comprehend what I just said. He never retained what I said, he just lived in his own bubble. When I snapped and broke up with him he claimed to be blind sided when I had told him repeatedly I wasn’t happy. Told him if he listened to me he wouldn’t have been blind sided. “I do listen” was ALL he had to say.

i have a master in business economics, my husband didnt finish high school and works as warehouse specialist. thats not important, cause we have many interests, music and movie taste in common and can talk for hours. never in my life i needed to discuss a poem or stochastics with him 😂 he doesnt care that i earn more money than him and me neither that he earns less. we raise 3 kids and are married 22 years.
