I think it has to be rooted in jealousy because the only ppl to say this to me have been bigger than me and they also like you said never said a word when I was big! It’s obviously not about health - no one said a word to me when I was one chippy away from a heart attack but now I’m slim it’s a free for all to tell me what THEY think of my health! I am 10x healthier now than I ever was when I was obese! It has to be jealousy like it makes no sense

People keep telling me this and I'm not even small! I'm a size 12 and only just in the healthy section of the BMI scale! I think they're just so used to you being fat

People that know you think you look ‘gaunt’ or ‘skinny’ because they’re so used to seeing you with a few extra pounds which became your normal ‘appearance’. When you lose weight, they notice and don’t think you look good, but to new people that see you for the first time will think you look better because they don’t know the old you :)
