@lisasaraa: THESE CRISPY ROLLS DISAPPEAR IN MINUTES! 🤯🧀 Crispy Sausage & Cheese Rolls 🧀🌭 Ingredients: For the dough: * 250 ml kefir * 1 egg * ½ tsp salt * 1 tsp sugar * 2 tbsp vegetable oil * About 400–450 g flour * 1 tsp baking powder For the filling: * 150 g sausage * 150 g cheese For the coating: * 2 eggs * 2 tbsp milk * A pinch of salt * Breadcrumbs * Vegetable oil for frying Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine the kefir, 1 egg, salt, sugar, and vegetable oil. 2. Add the baking powder and gradually add the flour. Knead until you have a soft, elastic dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. 3. Grate the sausage and cheese on a coarse grater and mix them together. 4. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet and cut it into small rectangles. 5. Place some of the sausage and cheese filling on each piece. Roll the dough tightly around the filling, sealing the edges well. 6. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt. 7. Dip each roll into the egg mixture, then coat well with breadcrumbs. 8. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on all sides. 9. Place the finished rolls on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
