One time I took my son to the pediatrician because he kept covering his ears in the car so I thought he had an ear infection. Dr told me his ears were fine he just didn’t like my music 😭

When my brother was a baby, our parents were concerned because his speech was delayed and not what it should have been for his age. They took him to get tested and he said "Refrigerator" during the test 🤣🤣🤣 He's a grown man now and we still call him out for this lol

One time, my son was about 3 and jumped off the couch, immediately collapsing on the floor. Screaming, crying, wouldn’t even attempt to walk. Scooped him up and carried him to the ER. Carried him in, carried him to the room, he was pitiful when the doctor came in and ordered x rays…. They brought a little wheelchair to take him to X-ray and I had to lift him onto the table. They X-ray this child’s leg from every angle. When he is done, they tell him that he was such a good boy, he can have a sucker. MY CHILD says “ok!” AND JUMPS DOWN FROM THE TABLE TO FOLLOW THE NURSE. 🤦🏼♀️

As an ER nurse we believe you that they were probably not feeling good and want them evaluated but I love to see an active baby over a blue baby being carried through the door 💗
