@lidijaferguson: One-Dish Gravy Sausage Casserole 🥘 Ingredients • 8 beef sausages • 4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced • 2 carrots, sliced • 1 onion, sliced • 1 cup frozen peas (or broccoli, corn or beans) • 1 packet gravy mix (or 2 tbsp gravy powder) • 2 cups water • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp mixed herbs • Salt and pepper • 1 cup grated tasty cheese Method 1. Preheat oven to 190°C. 2. Brown the sausages in a frying pan for 5 minutes, then slice into chunky pieces. 3. In a casserole dish, layer potatoes, carrots and onion. 4. Scatter over the sausage pieces and frozen peas. 5. Mix the gravy powder with the water, garlic powder, onion powder and herbs until smooth. 6. Pour the gravy over everything and gently stir. 7. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. 8. Remove foil, sprinkle over cheese and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling. 9.
