They held up cloths to cover the suspects' faces as they were being escorted into the van, to block the cameras and prevent them from being identified on camera. - Eight accused persons, including four Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) officials and freight forwarder Francis Narh Amanor, appeared before the Kwabenya Circuit Court under police escort in connection with investigations into the alleged clearance of four containers that had reportedly been flagged over abnormal scan images at the Tema Port. The four containers were reportedly intercepted by French customs at the Port of Dunkirk on September 10, 2026, with 3.9 tonnes of suspected cocaine said to have an estimated street value of $261 million (€225 million). The case has been adjourned to September 29, 2026. #GHBRAIN
