he should be charged with vehicular homicide. these guys should be held to a higher standard than the average person. instead we allow our police departments to hold themselves to a much lower standard. they are supposed to be professionals. yet in cases like this they say not all the elements of the crime could be proved. had it been a normal individual there would have been more than enough elements to give them a life sentence. when it comes to shootings they can shoot some one in the back while unloading every bullit in the gun into the person and they find no wrong doing. a normal individual would get charged with murder because once some one has turned their back to you there is no longer a threat to you. and if you shoot them more than once then you shot them with intent to murder them and with malice, because you only needed to have shot them 1 time. you should have had control of yourself.yet a cop who regularly trains with a firearm can empty their magazine into a suspects back and they were in the right for doing so. we must put a stop to these kind s bullshit shannagins.
