Duel agency. Interesting, how hard are you negotiating for the buyer on inspection repairs or credits when the seller was your original client until you picked up the buyer as a client too? Maybe that buyer would have made a better deal on the house if you were advocating for them against the seller. But now that you are a “transaction agent” you are not negotiating hard for either side. Missed opportunity for both parties.

question....If your seller is not paying the buyer's agent's commision how long did it seat in the market? If you found the buyers most likely a long time or it was pure luck if you close the deal in a short time....
