Isn’t it horrible? I’m so stressed that it’s getting so cold so quick. Like yeah, my dysautonomia is better in the cooler months, but my pain (&Raynauds) is so much worse in the cold. I was reminded yesterday of how FUCKING PAINFUL it is putting your hands In the water when they’re like this, the water feels so hot because my fingers are like ice, and SO STIFF. The cold feet is horrible. I will have thick socks and slippers on and they just feel like absolute ice. I feel you girl, sending you love 🫶

Ugh I’m sorry, I had it wicked bad last year when I was taking adhd meds. I stopped taking stimulants because of how they affected my vascular system. So far so good this year 🤞🏻 definitely something to look into if you do take adhd meds
