severe sleep disturbance for the last 36 hours, headache/face ache, HORRIBLE ANXIETY and im amazed that you used the word catastrophizing bc that's EXACTLY what ive been doing. but i had serious de ja vu either yesterday morning or afternoon, I see my numbers all the time.

I’ve been feeling a mixture of alignment and unaligned. Tons of Deja vu, angel numbers, feelings of clarity, overall positive outlook; while having intense head pressure, dizziness, and extremely vivid dreams.
