When I was 20 I had a crush on a married man with 4 kids (my boss/business owner) but I was firm that no matter how much he flirted with me I was not crossing that line to ruin a family or possibly my job. I asked why he didn’t leave his wife if he wanted to be single & he claimed it was child support & alimony. He casually mentioned twice in that same convo that he wanted to take her out to the woods and put a * in her head. 😳 I left work that day and never went back. I thought “even if this man was single, he’s clearly is mentally unwell, dangerous, & that could be me one day where he’s fantasizing about how to “get rid of” me.
