@therealcsj: People in Ancient Greece believed in Zeus the just as much as people today believe in Jesus. Christianity should be referred to as christian mythology. Am I wrong?
Arguably there's more evidence of Zeus than the biblical Jesus

you have to prove that something is wrong before your explanation of why its wrong has any meaning.

gods of mythology aren’t omni.. I’m just saying this because logically God would be omni in the fact he is the creator of everything

Deep down, we all know who the true God is. Interesting how much attention He gets (both good and bad) on social media.

Christianity is primarily classified as an active global religion, but it contains and shares sacred narratives that scholars study as Christian mythology but at its core its a religion.

Yes, you are completely wrong, because you’re confusing ancient fantasy with actual eyewitness history. 🤦♂️Greek mythology takes place in a vague, untraceable timeline ("once upon a time") in fictionalized versions of Mount Olympus. Nobody ever claimed to have met Zeus, eaten lunch with him, or recorded his specific earthly coordinates. It was an oral tradition meant to explain natural phenomena like thunderstorms.
Christianity is the exact opposite. It is completely grounded in verifiable, first-century history. The New Testament documents name specific Roman governors (like Pontius Pilate), real Jewish high priests (like Caiaphas), and precise geographical locations that archaeology continuously unearths.
More importantly, the early Christians didn’t follow Jesus based on a myth—they followed Him because they physically watched Him get publicly executed by the Roman Empire, buried in a guarded tomb, and then walk through a door alive three days later. They were so certain of this historical fact that almost all of them willingly died brutal martyr deaths for it. People don’t willingly get tortured to death for a myth they know they made up! 📖💯
