@hitchlife: HOW LONG WOULD IT ACTUALLY TAKE TO MAKE $200K OFFSHORE? 💰🌊 At $50/hour, working 12-hour shifts, that's $600 per day. Over a 14-day hitch, that's $8,400 gross before overtime, bonuses, taxes, or allowances. But here's the part people often miss: that doesn't automatically mean you'll make $200K in your first year. Your actual annual income depends on your pay rate, rotation, overtime, role, employer, location, and contract. Some offshore workers can reach very high annual earnings, especially in specialized or overtime-heavy roles, while others earn considerably less. And depending on the contract, meals, accommodation, and travel may be provided while you're on rotation. The opportunity is real — but always calculate the numbers based on the actual job offer, not a viral salary claim. 👉 Would you work a rotation like this for the chance to make $200K? 👉 Comment “$200K” if you'd take the deal 👉 Follow @offshorecareer for more offshore career breakdowns 👉 Check the link in our bio for the step-by-step guide to getting into offshore work. #offshorejobs #offshorelife #oilrig #riglife #FIFO #offshorecareer #offshorework #oilfieldjobs #oilandgas #offshorepay #oilriglife #careerchange #highpayingjobs
