My ex just felt the motion to compel on my financial discovery and is suing me for all of the legal fees on this matter plus sanctions and penalties. And despite all of the documents I have sent being honest, there’s confusion in my taxes, which looks like I’m trying to hide things. Which I’m not. So now we are having to go to court so I can defend myself with simple miscommunication.
