If I start to feel indifference from a candidate in an interview I will cut it short because I’m not gonna waste either of our time. I have also been known to rescind an offer when someone’s true colors show after you make an offer. If their questions or demands come across as needy or entitled I cut my losses there.

thank God. I hate when I submit my resume, fill out an "online application" thats just writing out my whole resume again, and then I get to the interview and have to do it all again. 🙃

I was 3 minutes late to a second interview and the guy said “oh I assumed you weren’t coming” I BARELY got that job lol. Thankfully I was dressed super professionally and and did tell him I had arrived earlier but couldn’t find street parking very quickly so he gave me the benefit of the doubt, but it was very close, I was so lucky and I learned never to arrive that close to the time again 😬

I just dont know why u would bring an ice coffee to an interview? like what's the difference between bringing that and a sub sandwich? or a big gulp? might as well bring a whole lunch to have while you answer questions for 30 minutes
