I see alot of people genuinely not knowing what basil does so; basil is the PR manager on the forsaken team, theyre in charge of *most* the people who get added to the team, such as map designers, skin designers, composers, etc etc. Theyre in charge of making sure horrible people dont get added to the team and ruin the games rep for the 20th time
