Much better. I wish the heels weren’t so thin and pencil like though. Maybe it’s not possible with your design but would much prefer a slightly chunkier heel.

If people want comfortable heels, there’s a massive market for a standard black round toe heel. They get snapped up. Would it be possible to get a thicker and shorter heel to fold in, or would that not work with your design?

My only question is, what will prevent pressure pain from the mechanism when worn for long periods? Because there is a metal hinge mechanism right under your heel when worn as flats. And as thin as the sole is, I don’t think that will do the job, especially for women with more weight on them😅 besides that, the placement of the heel when worn as a heel will also cause pressure pain in the same way. How is this a comfortable shoe?

Please consider adding elastic to the straps for the sandal styles. As someone with low profile feet and thin ankles, it really helps to secure the shoe to the foot and adjust the fit from heel to flat! Thank you & love the brand ❤️
