Some moms feel energetic and love staying active, while others may feel tired, heavy, sleepy, or simply want to rest all day. And honestly, both can be relatable! 🤣❤️ Pregnancy is not a competition, and every body has its own journey. If your healthcare provider says exercise is safe for you, gentle movement such as walking, pregnancy-friendly yoga, stretching, or light exercises can be a great option.
