@newyorkaquarium: Happy Sea Otter Awareness Week! Today, we’re sharing some clips of sea otter Quint. Quint is a rescued sea otter who was found as a pup off the coast of California. Unfortunately, his mother was not found. After receiving veterinary treatment and support at a rescue center, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service determined he was not a candidate to be released back to the ocean and placed Quint in our care when he was about six months old. 🎥: Keeper Audra and Olivia
