This exist on both sides of male and female but the one thing I would make certain is that you can’t just simply rely on what a video has to say because every relationship is different and for instance, if I don’t reply, I always check in and make it known that I’m gonna be working overtime or something, etc. I think the real message here is if your man or woman isn’t being as transparent and isn’t communicating with you or meeting your needs to feel safe in the relationship even after you’ve discussed this with them and they haven’t made an effort to help you feel safe then I think that’s something you need to reevaluate within your own relationship. Also, let this be a fair warning. The more you go on TikTok the more your phone will adjust to what you pay attention the most and your phone listens to you FYI so if you don’t want this kind of content, feeding your anxiety go do your own research and get past these videos and be more positive. You don’t need to be negative because somebody else is being neglectful. You have your own life to live let them live theirs too and if they don’t want to be a part of your life then yeah it’s gonna suck but you gotta suck it up and move on and look at it this way you learned from that relationship so when God moves you in a different direction, you’ll have a different head on your shoulders and be prepared for the next, but the only catch is don’t bring what happened in your past relationship to your new one because that can mess up something that could’ve been beautiful or even life-changing anyway if you read this far, I hope this was knowledgeable and reassuring to say the least have a good day
