One time i had a dream I was a guy and i was so excited i ran home to show my bf the new me, but i woke up before i got to show him and before i got to fully see this new me in the mirror. It was the only time i dreamt that way, but it made me incredibly happy. I hope i have a dream like that again

Ive been questioning for a bit too, Ive felt better when reffered to as a boy from people but I like presenting fem and being called feminine gender roles, although sometimes I do get envy from people and want to present more masculine, Ive identified as gender fluid for a year now, so i promise I'm confused too

Dreams are formed for the purpose of your brain processing what’s happened recently, or what you’ve been thinking of frequently. The mental and physical realms are both very close (like how depression or anxiety can cause stomach aches, lack of appetite, etc), and very far (your mental and physical cannot communicate. For example, you cant just tell your eyes to blink in your head, you have to move them manually). I’d say your brain could be idly thinking about transitioning and processing those thoughts through dreams
