@wtnh8: Students and staff at Central Connecticut State University said they were shocked Wednesday when they woke up to the news the school's president was stepping down. The decision came just days after an investigation was launched into former President Zulma Toro’s behavior. In her resignation email, Toro said it was an honor to serve the university and that "extraordinary things" were accomplished since she started 10 years ago.
