@bashifuirkashi: The best coding project for your resume starts with a real problem. If you want to build something that helps you land an engineering job in 2026, start with the companies you actually want to work for. Study their job postings, engineering blogs, and the problems their teams are hiring to solve. Then pick one problem you can tackle, research it deeply, and build a project around it. Make deliberate choices about the architecture, model, reliability, cost, and evaluation. You don’t need to force RAG or agents into a project where they don’t belong. When it’s done, ship it: a clean repo, a live demo, and a clear explanation of the problem, your decisions, and the result. Now you have something substantial to share with hiring teams and talk through in interviews. I put the full framework and resources inside my community, along with daily live calls with working AI engineers, ML engineers, and recruiters. Comment "PROJECTS" and I’ll send you the link to join.
