I think the judge was right you always get notice that your package is on the way. Why do you have a dog out there that can injure the delivery person you know your package is coming but your dog in the house or in a backyard or something or a chain until after the delivery driver delivers a package and leaves.

it's still unprofessional behavior as a delivery driver he needs to be fired and definitely sued the judge is wrong.. he could have just not delivered the package..
