Long comments help better. for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now. it will get better, you have probably heard it a thousand times, it gets annoying but i promise you, in a few years when you are healed it will be something you look back on. if you have people to text, whether its family or friends, you have reasons to stay. one day at a time, grab a coffee with a friend, rip up a page of homework you just cant figure out, go out and enjoy the world in the night when its quiet. you do not need to prove you are enough to someone who sees what you don’t see in yourself. you are more than just a daughter or son or child, more than just a person. you are unique, with your hobbies, your life, your humor, your skills, your interests. there is a better road ahead, don’t let yourself derail before you see it. i know it is hard, but you are worth more than what you see in the mirror, you are worth more than the empty words that one voice in your head constantly tells you. your story isnt over for a reason, because there is something better for you just out of reach and you deserve to be able to reach it. you are loved, even when it doesnt feel like it. you are loved, even when you dont want to hear it. you are enough, even with a failing grade or having to stretch money out for your kiddos. you are doing amazing, even though you dont see it. i know it is hard, but you are closer to the stars than those voices in your head ever will be. you are enough. you are loved. you are cherished. you are worthy!

A simple and delicious Mediterranean dish made with fresh sea bream, lemon, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. Baked over fresh lemon slices until tender and juicy, then served with a traditional Greek lemon and olive oil sauce (ladolémono). Full of fresh flavors and incredibly easy to prepare! Ingredients For the Fish • 2 whole sea bream, cleaned and gutted • 2 lemons, cut into thin round slices • Salt, to taste • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste • Dried oregano, to taste • Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling For the Ladolémono (Lemon & Olive Oil Sauce) • ⅔ cup (160 g) extra virgin olive oil • ¼ cup (60 g) freshly squeezed lemon juice • Salt, to taste Instructions Prepare the Fish Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) on the convection setting (fan). Clean the sea bream thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the fish generously with salt, both inside and out. Add freshly ground black pepper and dried oregano, then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Prepare the Baking Tray Arrange the lemon slices in a baking tray, creating a bed for each fish. Place the sea bream on top of the lemon slices and tuck 3 half-moon lemon slices into the cavity of each fish. Using a sharp knife, make two diagonal cuts on the upper side of each fish. Bake the Fish Transfer the tray to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the flesh flakes easily with a fork. Prepare the Ladolémono While the fish is baking, pour the extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice into a glass jar. Add a little salt. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until the ingredients combine into a smooth, creamy sauce. Serve Remove the fish from the oven, carefully remove the bones, and transfer the fish to a serving platter. Drizzle generously with the freshly prepared ladolémono and serve immediately. Enjoy! #seabream #tsipoura #greekcuisine🇬🇷 #alexandrashome #fypシ゚viral
