#1 is $10 freaking drinks. #2 is they will literally build a Starbucks across from a Starbucks. WHY.

Just found out 45 min ago. My boss called me and our store that’s been around for more than 25 years is closing. He told me that I’ll be receiving either a separation + severance or a relocation email. He does not know what I’ll be receiving but I’ll get one of the two. Very distraught right now. This is my second job but I really rely on this income and it’s gone just like this. I’m worried about my coworkers that were there full time.

They just closed my store that has only been open for 9 months and we are a great location we provide amazing customer service and aren’t as busy as other stores but we aren’t dead either I now only have 2 days to find a new job including everyone else who works at the store with me let’s just say this is devastating.

there’s only 20 union stores that closed. most of them are not-union. those union stores will be able to bargain over the closures too

Bux isn't doing any better in other countries. My DM made a list of everyone who called in sick more than once in the year. Guess who got "laid off"? I was a partner of over 10 years, part of that time as a manager in the states. Tossed out like literal garbage.
