Exactly! Everyone makes mistakes - own up and make it right, no CYA, just ownership and make it right. Best advice I ever received. Passed it on to my children and grandchildren. It gives me great joy to see they own there mistakes, they step up and fix something when it needs fixing- WITHOUT being asked. Doing it because it needs doing. Proud of them!
