Had my locs for nearly 9 years so I love that there’s always something we can learn from. You mentioned in your video you don’t suffer from build any more .. is this solely from washing your hair more often?

I was on the money then for doing it every 6 to 7 days then because it was just common sense to me, you sweating that much in the gym, you can't go 2 to 3 weeks having your locs be funky because your scalp begins to stink like anywhere else if you don't wash it when you're supposed to!

I'm gonna have to start doing this cause every time I wash my hair every 3-4 weeks, the buildup I have is insane, literally have to push it out. And I don't even use oil or any products when retie ing. You'd think I was dumping oil on my head.
