Had same issue. Pulled the full plug and used a air blower to put some pressure in it sprayed down with soapy water and boom

I have an air regulator with a hose that fits in the breather hole. 7-9 psi

I’m not a mechanic but I took my puffer 5000 air chuck and blew 25 psi thru it found the leak pretty quick 🤣

Welded many of those in a fleet of dump trucks. To be honest about half failed. Had to take the time to grind out and burn all that stink grease outta there.

I’ve had good luck cleaning and spraying with foot powder. It’s cheap and leaks jump out on the white powder. You feeling better?

Why not use one of them 3 pack crack testing sprays? Wouldn’t it be easier and cheaper to use then the Oxy?
