I was working on my vows to my wife for my wedding next week. I was getting a little emotional and then all of my 5 showed up. Put their differences/slight beef aside to be here for their dad. I used to hate all cats btw. I now judge those people because you really don’t know until you know.

I was so so sick last year and newly divorced. I was alone, crying with a fever so high it should have sent me into a seizure. I was laying on my back crying silently when my tan tabby jumps on my bed climbs on my chest, spreads her whole body as long as she could across me and started purring SO LOUD. She did that for an hour. I know she was trying to heal me. 🥹

I have one too, my cat is nonchalant as always and doesn't want cuddles, but one time she saw me crying, it's like a miracle happened and it seems like she absorbs all the negative energy 😭 that I felt that day

Cats are so misunderstood, it’s a tiny creature that does have its boundaries and unique personality traits that you as an owner have to get used to and respect. And once you do that, they will always cherish you and love you and to be there for you at your lowest just like you’re there for them when they need you. I’ve always seen cats more like people than just an animal.

My not so cuddly cat became so clingy with me when my younger brother died last 2022 (bro was brutally murdered by our own military), i was so depressed as I am living abroad & can't come home to attend funeral. My cat would always come to me & hug me. 🥺🥺🥹🥹
