The more I see about this story.. the more I realize how much I could have been the wife in this story taken out in my relationship by a man who was doing all these things against me w/ a younger girl! I caught their msgs & got out!

Agreed. Well done. As a therapist myself I do feel though that two things can be true at once. The mistress seems complicit in some ways to me. There is a quasi Leopold and Loeb vibe to me.. in other words I feel she became a manipulative participant as well and I wonder if, had his affair been with someone else, would Ashley not have ended up murdered.

and not defending her choices but at 20, compared to him, he's had considerably more life experience than her... and was a pastor she likely idolized she learned a huge lesson on this one (about married men) even if she went along with it i don't believe she ever thought he'd kill...think the hate talk was sadly how they bonded - blaming Ashley for their bad choices😳
