First make the apple filling. In a pan, melt the butter then add the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Cook for 5-7 mins. Set aside. 2. Make the crust and topping by mixing all the crumble ingredients together. Use your hands to create large crumbs. 3. Use 2/3 of the crumble and press to an 8x8in pan. Bake this at 350F (180C) for 12-15 mins until the crust is golden. 4. Once baked, spread the apple filling. 5. Then top with the remaining crumble mixture. 6. Bake this at 350F (180C) for 30-35 mins until the top is golden. 7. Let this cool completely before removing from the pan. 8. While waiting , make the glaze by mixing icing sugar and milk. 9.
