in my school we dont have them but i think its veru excessive to do yonder pouches id say just take there phone away rather than pouches

I think the thing is if they didnt do that then kids would have them out in lessons etc but I do see a positive in being able to contact a parent during the day if its difficult, but then what could you do as a parent? good one for discussion this is 🤣

Oliver’s school don’t have the pouches but I think it’s because of the government ban on mobiles in school. It came into effect beginning of September. The ban applies during break and lunch too so they wouldn’t be allowed their phones switched on at all whether they were in a pouch or not. I guess schools think it removes the temptation to switch it on maybe x

Same my daughter just started year 7 and they have these. I agree with them on the bullying side of things , however they can still be bullied face to face etc & when they get home and go on their phones. I’m sure my daughter would love to be able to message me at break or lunch to say how she’s doing. I like them but more so not fond of them x

My daughter has just started year 7 and now has a Yondr pouch. I think they are a great idea. As long as my daughter can text me right before she goes in and as soon as she finishes I don’t see an issue. X
