@citrusandmarine: Hearty Fall Salad you’ll quickly add as a weekly staple. The easiest salad you can mix in a variety of different ingredients. Dressing: Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Lemon and Honey. Massage into finely chopped kale. Mix is roasted sweet potatoes (chop sweet potatoes and toss in oil olive, roast at 350 for 45 mins) cheese of choice and sliced apples. I used slices of ripped prosciutto but any protein can work.
