Ingredients 500g 80/20 minced beef 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 tsp sugar Salt and black pepper 4 American cheese slices 2 burger buns Garlic Parmesan Sauce 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 100ml milk 200ml double cream 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp salt 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tbsp chopped parsley 50g grated parmesan To assemble Chipotle sauce Lettuce Pickled gherkins Caramelised onions Chilli sauce French fries Method Caramelise the onions with the sugar. Smash the beef into 4 thin patties, season and cook. Add the cheese and let it melt. Cook the garlic briefly, then add the milk, cream, chilli flakes, paprika, salt, oregano and parsley. Stir in the parmesan and cook until smooth.
