sooo... i have been MEGA concerned because my 10 year old daughter suffered really bad from dandruff and she was using head and shoulders. she went in for a haircut and the lady who cut her hair said she was shedding lots of hair. I hadn't noticed until the señora had mentioned it... pos de eso entonce it had gotten really bad. took her in to get blood work done.Y NADA.Results came back clean. she stopped using head and shoulders también pero no hay cambio [Crying] its possible that the anti dandruff shampoo is too strong for her hair

You should not put sunscreen on wet skin because it can prevent the film from forming on your face which means the ability to protect you from the sun might be compromised. Maybe it would be better to put moisturizer on the wet skin and then layer the sunscreen on top

I went through this years ago and found out I was SEVERELY vitamin D deficient. I started taking high dose vitamin D, aloe based shampoo, and using rosemary oil on my scalp with a scalp massager. That worked so well!
