@cheyanneemiller: 📚🎃 HELP ME FILL A TRUNK WITH BOOKS! 🎃📚 This year, my church is hosting our annual Trunk or Treat, and I have an idea I’m REALLY hoping to make happen. ❤️ Instead of giving every child another handful of candy, I want to give them something they can take home, keep, and enjoy long after Halloween is over: 📚 A BOOK! 📚 Last year, our Trunk or Treat brought in 600+ people, with 20+ decorated vehicles, inflatables, food, and lots of families from our community. This year, I’m hoping to collect enough children’s books so that as many kids as possible can leave with a book of their very own. 🎃📖 And we’ve already started! I currently have TWO GARBAGE BAGS FULL OF BOOKS! 🥹🙌 But I need A LOT more. So I’m putting this out there to: 📚 Children’s book publishers 📚 Bookstores 📚 Authors & illustrators 📚 Children’s brands 📚 Local businesses 📚 Teachers & librarians 📚 Parents & grandparents 📚 Anyone with a shelf full of books their kids have outgrown If you have new or gently used children’s books that you’d be willing to donate, PLEASE consider helping us! Books for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, early readers, chapter books, picture books, educational books, holiday books… anything that would make a child excited to have a book of their own! ❤️ And to all the amazing authors and book companies out there: If you see this, WE WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP! 👀📚 Even a small box of books could put a smile on a whole bunch of little faces. 🎃 Trunk or Treat 📅 October 27 ⏰ 6–8 PM 📍 Calvary Bible Church, Hanover, PA Our goal is simple: 600+ kids. 600+ books.
