If I put my baby to sleep earlier, let's say around 8 or 7 he wakes up at 10 and then at 12 and so on, after 4 is every hour 😭

I started doing bottle wait an hour and a half then do bath then after play until it’s time for her next bottle and then I lay her down on her back lights are off except for a night light then I talk a quiet calm voice just to soothe her then rock her and she’s out by 9-930

My 4mo (in 2 days) sleep trained us 🤣 she started sleeping 10-12hrs at night around 8 weeks old. Idk why but we’ve kept the same routine and she sleeps every single night no wake ups! She’s growing like crazy & so smart!

When would you recommend weaning from contact naps? My baby is almost six weeks old and currently takes almost all contact naps but she’s been sleeping amazing at night in her bassinet because of it.
