It just needs 15 minutes and a decision.🤔 Here's what you should be doing on your next break: 1. Open the notes app on your phone.🤳 2. Write down 1️⃣ skill you already have that solves a problem for someone else. (You teach new grads how to prioritize? You know how to talk to difficult families? You can explain complex medical stuff in plain english? That's a skill.)🥰 3. Write down WHO would pay to learn that skill from you. (Be specific. "New grad nurses in med-surg" not "anyone who needs help.")🤩 4. Save the note. That's it. That's step 1.
