soften the cream cheese, shred up the meat, cut the wrapper into smaller pieces

cut your crab meat smaller, and cream cheese a little softer so it mixes easier. Put a dollop in the middle, brush the 4 edges with water and then bring opposite corners together and pinch .They sorta look like a petal when done. Then drop in your oil and cook.

Chop up the crab meat really good and leave your cream cheese on the counter for an hour or 2 to let it soften up then mix together. it'll be much easier. But they look delicious.
