@thereismoretolife8: Just notice, when you do this, because it can be tricky. I know I do this a lot too, like today again.. Specially when it’s about situations you actually need something, or just triggering stuff that causes stress or anxiety and worries. I noticed I was in a way “hoping” something isn’t gonna repeat or happen again, when I literally already decided it won’t. Makes no sense, when no one and nothing has free will “outside of you”, because it’s just your mirror and everything is happening from you and within you. So if you decide something: you have to know it’s true, and don’t hope for it and wish for it secretly that it’s working, instead of deciding it is. Your ego is always gonna search for proof or evidence, because that’s how we are programmed. It’s not how reality works tho. It’s the other way around, we see what we believe it’s true and what we assume it’s gonna be there. So we can’t see something we still hoping it’s there or worked, instead of knowing it is, without proof or evidence. Your mirror can’t show you something you still hoping for that it’s working, and waiting to hear something or see something, that gives you validation. You are the validation and the proof, and your decision has to be enough. And you have to trust yourself and in that. Otherwise you stuck in the loop of thinking it’s working being confident , than secretly hoping you see or hear something that shows it is. It’s the person that trying still, not the person that has it, or otherwise you wouldn’t seek anything “outside”,for something you already supposed to experience and normal for you to have.
