you guys are going to absolutely hate is that you think it's just the games that you're playing but it's literally not it's the constant dopamine you're getting from doom scrolling on Instagram tiktok or Twitter etc, there's nothing wrong with the games you're playing you're literally just too stimulated to enjoy something that isn't immediate entertainment video games that take effort and time to win or farm or just achieve something isn't entertaining to you not because of the process but because you're too constantly stimulated with entertainment that anything that doesn't do that immediately just isn't worth it to you anymore but go ahead keep recommending different games to each other

I'm just getting into gaming so playing feels really exciting for me. I can't believe I wasted so many years not doing that just because I was worried my friends would find it childish or weird.

honestly I think its just based off the habit yall make from constantly hopping from game to game. pick a game to invest yourself in rather than switching because you arent getting an immediate dopamine rush, and you'll find you won't have this problem anymore
