you know this video was actually really helpful, ik this is directed for the girls and even though i’m not i constantly beat myself over my past. I kinda thought it would no longer be in the path for me for a relationship to happen again because of all this shame and guilt i feel. Maybe i can start to let go of that gradually now so thank you
