@sarahkraffty: Pumpkin bread with maple cinnamon glaze 🎃🍁 Ingredients: 1 can pumpkin purée 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 & 3/4 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 & 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 & 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cloves Mix all together How to: In a bowl add pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well. In a separate bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves. Mix. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix until combined. Spread in a greased loaf pan Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
