Medu Vadai | Crispy Outside Soft Inside Ingredients- 💌 1 cup urad dal 💌 2 tbsp moong dal 💌 3 green chilli 💌 1 inch ginger 💌 2 tsp jeera 💌 Salt – to taste 💌 Coriander leaves 💌 Curry leaves 💌 Pinch of heeng 💌 Oil – for deep fry Method: 🌿 Soak urad dal for 6–7 hours or overnight. 🌿 Grind with green chilli, ginger and jeera using little water to thick batter. 🌿 Whisk the batter well until light and fluffy. 🌿 Add salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and hing. 🌿 Heat oil in kadai. 🌿 Wet hands, shape vadai with hole in center. 🌿 Fry until golden and crispy. 🌿 Serve hot with chutney or sambar Crispy medu vadai at home.
