this is a cap, i had plenty of sleep prlysis. My first time experience was i can't move my body but only my eyes, i keep screaming but there is no sound coming out of my mouth. I can open my mouth but can't speak, my mouth that time was wide open and I'm just keep drooling at that time-

this happens to me, while I was sleeping I suddenly woke up from a noise (like crying) and I wanted to move but couldn't, I also can't avoid it since it's in front of me, I started to panic and the figure was a long-haired girl with long white dress that reached the floor(long sleeves ig?, it was a white lady) and then when I could finally move, the figure Dissapears with out any trace, the next day, I can't move again because of sleep paralysis and then I was sleeping in my stomach so while I was struggling, I heard a voice, it's like something was murmuring, I got so scared again since I'm still a kid😭😭, I always get sleep paralysis even when I pray.
